Healing Hearts Retreat Highlights

Nourishment for the Body, Mind and Heart.

You will be treated to a light breakfast as you arrive in the morning. Mid-day, we will gather for a freshly prepared luncheon with ample time to connect with others. Afterward, you might want to take a few moments away to reflect. The grounds of Oakcrest Cove are beautifully appointed with wooded trails, a pond and outdoor seating for you to enjoy nature’s winter bounty.

Release Through Flow

Using writing prompts and intentional yogic movements, you will be supported on your journey to “feel into” the body, mind and heart, and given tools to assist you in releasing stored emotional or energetic blockages. Many feel a relaxation response following the release.

Community and Kinship

Through sharing and connection, the pieces of our hearts can find healing. You will have many opportunities to connect with others during our sessions or during free time. The facilitators will also be available throughout the day, for support and conversation.

Sound + Reiki = Healing

As we close out the retreat, we end with a restorative sound bath and hands-on reiki for every participant. This is a special time to allow the body and mind to rest, and letting your heart receive.

This retreat is more than just a day away—it’s a step toward healing and transformation, surrounded by compassion and understanding.
