The holiday season often magnifies feelings of grief, loneliness, and longing, making this time of year especially difficult for those who have experienced loss. Coping with Grief,Finding Hope: Yoga for the Holiday Season is a five-class yoga series offered on Zoom and designed to provide compassionate support, gentle movement, and mindful practices to help participants navigate the holidays with greater ease and intention.

 

This Program Is Designed for You


1. A Sacred Space for Healing

  • Each 75-minute on-line class blends breathwork, yoga, reflection, and community sharing within a safe and supportive space.

2. Tools for Self-Care and Resilience

  • Participants will explore practices that encourage self-compassion, grounding, and resilience, while learning rituals and journaling prompts to carry into their daily lives.

3. Classes that Support Your Journey

  • Themes progress from acknowledging grief and setting boundaries, to honoring loved ones, cultivating hope, and creating space for renewal in the new year.

4. Renewal and Inner Peace

  • By the end of the program, participants often leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and supported, with a renewed sense of hope and the tools to navigate their grief with greater peace.

Registration Information

This is an on-line program on Zoom.

Dates are: October 14th, 28th, November 11th, 25th, and December 9th

Each 75 minute session is recorded and available for 30 days after the end of the program.

Cost is $100 for the 5 sessions.
