About Sue
I’m Sue Andersen, and I specialize in helping individuals navigate the challenging journey of loss. Through the healing power of yoga and movement, I provide the support needed to alleviate both physical and emotional symptoms of grief. Together, we work towards finding strength, peace, and healing during this difficult time.
Through years of practice I found balance and peace as a student and joy as a teacher. Meditation, mindfulness and breath work are the foundational elements that connect the physical to the spiritual practice, and are key to my teaching style.
